Myofascial Release (MFR) is perfect for anyone suffering from physical trauma, frozen shoulder, accidents or whiplash. It relieves pain in the myofascial tissue, aimed to increase blood flow by gently releasing the fascia below the area of derma (skin). The purpose of MFR is to soften the three areas of fascia: the superficial layer, the potential space in-between and the deep layer of facia in order to eliminate pain at a deeper level and rebalance the entire body.

Unlike regular massage, lotions and oils are not used during the session. Fascia, which covers
the entire body including muscles, organs, and skeletal structures of the body, is gently stretched to allow increased blood circulation.
