Insurance
Unfortunately, we do not bill health insurance but can provide a detailed receipt in which you can submit for reimbursement.
Cancelation policy
Please provide 24 hours notice to reschedule or make any changes to your appointment. No-shows and any appointment canceled less than 24 hours notice may be liable for the full rate of the session.
On the day of the appt
Please arrive 15 min early for any intake forms or questions your therapist may have. No colognes or scents. Please be showered, hydrated and dressed comfortably (yoga or gym clothes).
Covid protocols
In order to protect clients in between appointments, linens are completely removed and replaced, tables sanitised and rooms aired out. Masks are worn, but not required of clients. We are fully vaccinated. There is no fee for the cancelation of an appointment due to illness.
Allergies
Please notify therapist of any allergies, including scents and nuts.
Accessibility & Accommodations
Because locations vary, please contact us ahead of your appointment to discuss any
handicap and reasonable accommodations that may be needed.
Fees and payment
Free initial 20 min consultation
$125 per 60 minutes
Mobile services are available upon request. Travel time may be incurred.
Payment by: major credit card, Zelle, check and cash are accepted.
+$25 add-on fee to include your animal in Reiki session.
