Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD)

Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) is a gentle massage that targets the lymphatic system and is perfect for anyone pre and post surgical, those who have cellulite, heavy legs, and those whose system’s are compromised. It’s an advanced, light touch manual treatment consisting of four basic strokes: pumping; stationary circles; rotary; and scoops; intended to move lymph more freely within the body and increase recovery from surgery, cancer, painful swelling and pregnancy. MLD is not massage. The pressure is light.
